We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What you will be doing:No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including:
- Preparing fresh produce for packing
- Sorting and grading products to quality standards
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Carrying out visual quality checks
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Working with your team to meet daily production targets
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
We'll support you from day one with a comprehensive induction covering:
- Food Safety Level 2
- Allergen Awareness
- Manual Handling
- COSHH
- Safe working practices
- Production processes
You'll be working in a temperature-controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3°C–5°C). The role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
