We are open to applications from any level; direct from school, wishing to complete a Level 2 (Commis Chef) or a College leaver wishing to progress through Level 3 (Chef De Partie) and you'll obtain priceless and diverse Kitchen experience to help maximise your future career aspirations.

• A nationally‑recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
• Hands‑on training with real impact
• Experience in multiple kitchens, from fine dining to farm‑to‑table
• Attendance at internal and external masterclasses
