We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Chichester so we could be the perfect match! The role involves supporting the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence. The Assistant Store Manager inspires and supports staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
Our stores are fast‑paced and trade 7 days a week, so flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis is required. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, the role can be physically demanding, yet it is rewarding as you help fund life‑saving research.
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
