Trade Sales Consultant

Overview

• Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
• Take ownership of bespoke customer product requests from start to finish, liaising closely with the Purchasing team throughout
• Handle incoming account or sales enquiries via phone and email for new and existing customers. Logging all information via our CRM system Hubspot.
• Liaise with several internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery for orders
• Answer customer queries in relation to 3000 + products
• Create and implement sales pipelines within target industries, driving strong growth across new product ranges
• Go the extra mile to ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a smooth experience

• You have previous experience in a fast-paced environment within a sales team
• Strong communication skills via telephone, email and face to face
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
• A strong level of numeracy
• Self-motivated, proactive individual who can forward think
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Strong Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• An ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the home and garden sector
