As an Outbound Telesales Representative at V2 Radio, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to both new and existing customers. Our mission is to help businesses gain exposure and attract new customers through various channels offered by V2 Radio, including on-air promotions, social media, and directory listings.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls:
  Conduct outbound calls to both new leads and existing customers to promote and sell a range of products offered by V2 Radio. This includes directory listings, promotional vouchers, and advertising packages.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions tailored to their business objectives.
• Achieving Sales Targets:
  Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team, consistently striving for excellence in sales performance.
• Market Research:
  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

  Previous experience in outbound telesales or direct sales is preferred, but not essential. We welcome candidates with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
