Approved Electrician

Position: Approved Electrician (Contract)
family-owned, electrical contractor business based in the South East with 45 years’ experience of providing installation, maintenance, testing, inspection, repairs and upgrading services to domestic and commercial clients. We offer a full range of electrical services for homes and organisations across London and the Southeast, being one of the leading full-service NICEIC approved electrical contractors.

We are extending our team and looking for a reliable, qualified Electrician to carry-out testing, remedials and works, across our Southern region. We focus on fair pay, efficient scheduling, ongoing training and providing electricians and all staff with a clear path going forward alongside support in what is a team-focused working environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• EICRs, fault finding, remedials

• Small/medium sized installs

• Domestic, Commercial and Industrial

• Repair & replace wiring

• Electrical Drawings

• Work/liaise with contractors & clients

• Diagnose & address functionality & safety issues

• Inspect & test electrical systems, including fuses, transformers & circuit breakers

• Manage & mentor apprentice electricians

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 18th Edition + Level 3

• Experience with testing & remedialsbeneficial, although not essential)

• Ability to run conduit

• Up-to-date/current electrician’s license

• 2-3 years’ residential, commercial or industrial electrical experience

• Full, clean UK Driver’s license

• Confident, reliable, organised, professional, efficient, discreet, loyal and autonomous

• Flexible, adaptable & attention to detail

• Excellent personal management, interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem solving and proactive

• £39,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (Dependent on Experience)
