Location: Vitacress Herbs, Runcton, Chichester

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off

Hours: 42

Contract type: Permanent

, you’ll play a hands‑on role in making sure our products meet the highest standards, every single day.

You’ll lead and support our QA team, guiding them through daily checks, audits, and training. You’ll take ownership of product quality, ensuring everything we grow and pack meets customer expectations and legal standards. You’ll investigate non‑conformances, drive corrective actions, and help us stay audit‑ready at all times.

Working closely with technical, growing, procurement and supply chain teams to champion a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll manage systems like Greenlight QC, oversee label and barcode compliance, and ensure our site documentation is always up to scratch. You’ll also play a key role in training production staff and supporting customer visits and third‑party audits.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, chilled environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll bring at least two years’ experience in quality assurance, a strong understanding of HACCP and BRC standards, and the confidence to lead a team with care and clarity.
