In the role of Physician within the Well Cat Health Center (WCHC), you will provide comprehensive, student‑focused primary care under the administrative and medical direction of the Lead Physician and Executive Director. The position involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, health education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support student academic success and well‑being.

Graduation from a medical school and completion of a residency training program in a primary care field such as family medicine, general internal medicine, gynecology, general pediatrics, emergency medicine, or preventive medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or equivalent.

• Valid and current license to practice medicine in California.
• Current ABMS or AOA board certification appropriate to the assigned duties.
• DEA registration and certificate.
• CPR/AED certification.

• Experience in a student or university health setting, or with college‑aged populations.
• Commitment to preventive medicine and health education.
• Engagement in continuing education, clinical quality improvement, or peer review processes.

Time Base: Intermittent / Per Diem
Pay Plan: 12/12
Work Schedule: TBD
Salary Range: $81.21 – $137.92 per hour
