Chico State’s Department of Music, Theatre and Dance seeks an Assistant Tenure‑Track Professor to serve as Director of Bands. The candidate will direct the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Pep Band; oversee the band program with a focus on recruitment and outreach; teach conducting fundamentals and instrumental techniques; and collaborate with colleagues across the department.
