Lead Caregiver/Med Tech
Country Village Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate Lead Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team. This position combines resident care, medication assistance, and shift leadership in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with medications and daily care needs
- Support and guide caregivers during your shift
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Complete documentation and incident reports
- Help maintain a safe, positive environment for residents
Qualifications
- CNA preferred but not required
- Caregiving experience required
- Assisted Living, Memory Care, or SNF experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Medication experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates
- Current First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire
