Chico Nissan is seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team.

As a Salesperson, you will be the front line of our sales team. You will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. You will be critical in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long‑term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicles, and competitive pricing to position the dealership’s offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, including inventory management and presentation of vehicles.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a desire to achieve and succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
