• Advise, Don't Sell:
  Use your expertise and vehicle histories to educate clients on manufacturer‑recommended maintenance, helping them protect their investment long‑term.
• Own the Communication:
  Provide transparent, accurate estimates for parts and labor. No surprises—you’ll keep clients fully informed with daily status updates and secure proper approvals before a single wrench turns.
• Drive Efficiency:
  Manage the lifecycle of the repair order from the first handshake to the final invoice, collaborating closely with technicians to hit your "promised times."

• A Master Communicator:
  You can explain complex mechanical concepts in plain, friendly English, and you know how to make people feel heard.
• Detail‑Oriented & Organized:
  You thrive when multitasking, keeping repair orders, parts pricing, and service menus accurate and organized.
