Bus Operator

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Chico, California. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

• Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement), starting at $22.00 with progression to $28.00 over 5 years

• Vacation:
  Up to 14 days/year

• Follow designated routes and schedules safely and accurately.
• Assist passengers and ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible work schedule availability
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical

• Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules
• Long periods of sitting and working at a computer
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings
