Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assistpavingcrewwithvariousduties,primarily raking,butalsowithsuchdutiesas;shoveling,running wheelbarrow,andusingothervarioussmalltools.
Assistcrewmemberswiththejoblayoutbyaccurateplacementofstakesandstrings,paint,chalktomarkperimeterofjobasdirected
Signaloperatorsofconstructionequipmenttofacilitatealignment,movement,andmaterialswithshovel.
Assistintheplacement,moving,anddismantlingofsigns,barricades,conesandothertrafficcontroldevices.
Followdirectionofforemanastodailytasksandexpectationsforeachspecificproject.
Regularandpredictableattendanceisrequired.
Participateasateammemberinanenvironmentofsafetyandsuccess.
Promote,executeandadheretothe

Mustbephysicallyabletorepetitivelyliftandcarryatleast
50lbsonaregularbasis.
Frequentlyworkwithhandsextendedoverhead,andtheuseofarmsandhandsinrepetitivemotions.
Maintainconstantalertnesstothemultipleconcurrentactivitiesincludingtheactivitiesofotheremployeesandsubcontractors,theoperationofstationaryandequipmentandthemovementofmobileequipment.
