Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy working in a slow-paced environment? Do you have customer service experience? We are currently looking for a customer service representative to fill a temp-to-hire role at a local manufacturing company!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media with professionalism and care.
• Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure prompt resolution (with the help of Operations, Quality, and Field Sales).
• Process purchase orders, build invoices, and coordinate product sample requests.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship strategies
• Proven ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Compensation/Benefits for the Customer Service Representative

• Salary: $20.00
• Schedule:
  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30pm
