• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote academic, social, vocational, and self‑care skills.
• Mentor and guide teachers and teacher assistants, creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
• Use data‑driven decision making to track student progress and refine strategies for maximum success.
• Stay current on ABA innovations, incorporating latest research and best practices into instruction.

• Master’s degree in education preferred.
• Current or pursuing Massachusetts State Teaching License in Moderate or Severe Special Education.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, empathy, patience, and ABA knowledge.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. Salary range: $65,000 – $94,000. 19 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, floating birthday holiday. Medical, dental, and vision insurance;
