Join the Boys & Girls Club of Chicopee, Inc. as a part‑time Out of School Time (OST) Youth Development Morning Program Manager. You will work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–11:30 AM, in Chicopee, MA, earning $18.00‑$20.00 per hour and receiving a $500 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits, including disability coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, paid sick leave, and birthdays off.

• Plan and execute daily before‑school programs for children ages 5–18.
• Coordinate activities in arts, technology, physical education, and social recreation.
• Supervise staff, assign roles, provide training, and conduct performance checks.
• Support hiring, licensing, and background‑check compliance for staff.
• Monitor programs for safety, intervening to resolve hazards or disruptive behavior.
• Measure program outcomes against goals and recommend improvements.
• Attend ongoing training to keep knowledge current and serve as a resource.

• 21 years of age or older.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Associate degree or 3+ years of relevant education, training, or experience.
• At least 1 year of supervised work with youth or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth aged 5–18.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to comply with background‑check policy.

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM
