Program Site Manager for Developmental Brain Injury Services – Service Net

Pay Rate: $19.57-$20.53 per hour base + $2.00 differential when MAP Certified

Service Net is seeking a compassionate and dedicated leader to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • Ensure Safety and Well‑being – Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Lead and Collaborate – Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay Organized – Manage staff schedules, track important resident information, and complete necessary documentation.

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus:
  Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.
