As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments. Your problem-solving skills and expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient operations and effective collaboration within the organization.
ScheduleMonday - Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours)
100% on-site, in-person position
** Pay range: $22 - $24 per hour
- Set up and configure Microsoft SharePoint environments to support collaboration and document management
- Maintain and support SharePoint sites to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customize SharePoint solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, providing timely support to end-users
- Stay informed about the latest SharePoint and software trends to recommend enhancements
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems using effective problem-solving techniques
- Work with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
- Educate end-users on software functionalities and best practices
- Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint environments
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization
- Proficient in software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in SharePoint and software support are beneficial
- Solid understanding of software applications and their functionalities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong customer service skills
