Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager

• Manage and service personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood), ensuring accurate placement and underwriting
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs, resolving inquiries promptly, and recommending appropriate coverage
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client protection and satisfaction

• 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience
• Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty License, preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with agency management software;
  Applied Epic experience preferred

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

The salary range ամս $55K to $75K per year. This role is commission eligible.
