Material Handler – 2nd Shift – Chicopee, MA

• Sorting, storage, and distribution of dunnage for the warehouse, assembly departments, and suppliers.
• Moving finished products from assembly departments to the warehouse.
• Acting as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments, including material handling of goods to and from the warehouse.
• Placing and removing pallets from warehouse racks.
• Cleaning, sorting, and organizing the tote area.
• Delivering cleaned totes to departments as needed.
• Checking washed parts in TA and loading and unloading carts as needed.
• Preparing Excel dunnage to ship to supplier or warehouse.
• Moving product from rack overflow and re‑FIFO material daily.
• Moving approved material from TA and chain.
• Providing forklift support to service area.

• Must have or obtain forklift certification.
• Proficiency in barcode scanning.
• Excellent math skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
