Winter is on its way. We are looking to fill our Plow Truck Driver Positions & Salt Truck Driver Positions. This physically demanding, outdoor position requires working in challenging weather conditions to clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways. Your hard work directly impacts the safety and well‑being of our clients.
Must have experience plowing commercial properties.
Responsibilities- Operate 1-ton-sized pickup trucks along designated routes during snow storms.
- Safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from assigned areas in a timely manner.
- Have a valid driver’s license & DOT license (or be able to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work long hours in cold weather.
- On call for weather events 24/7.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding snow conditions and operational status.
- Be willing to travel out-of-state occasionally as required.
