The location in Coosa Pines, Alabama is seeking talent to fill open production operator positions.

This is an entry‑level position in any of our seven departments.

Probationary pay is $23.22/hour until certified on the next job up ($24.79 – $33.98/hour).

Must be willing to work a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule (both days and nights).

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required.

• Must be capable of working up to 16‑hour shifts.
• Required to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of pulling, pushing or lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders or stairs.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Must be able to pull four pulp sheets up to 50 lbs of force every eight minutes.
• Must be able to grip and use a utility knife with cut‑resistant sleeves and gloves.
• Good eye/hand coordination and balance while working around rotating/moving equipment and product.

You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness‑for‑duty test (for some positions).
