• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assist with wound care, treatment, and rehabilitation services as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
