Production Worker 3rd Shift – Mauser Packaging Solutions

Role Overview
Join our team as a Production Worker during the 3rd shift to support continuous, high‑quality manufacturing of packaging components. You will operate machines, maintain production standards, and uphold safety and quality protocols across the plant.

• Operate production machines, tools, and equipment to produce parts that meet tolerance and quality specifications.
• Read and understand customer specification sheets, anticipate next order needs, and stage supplies/products accordingly.
• Follow all plant safety rules and regulations; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ensure continuous quality control, complete necessary manufacturing/quality documents, and report any deviations.
• Assist with 6S and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Use various hand tools (air guns, plug wrenches, capseal tools) safely and efficiently.
• Report safety, product, or material concerns immediately to the Production Manager, SHEQ or Plant Manager.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working area.
• Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in industrial manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with internal manufacturing systems.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios).

• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed during the shift.
• Stand, kneel/stoop, and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Coordination and exposure to moving mechanical parts, loud environments, fumes, airborne particles, and weather conditions.
• Vision: 20/20 corrected; normal hearing range.
• Work in non‑climate controlled environments (cold in winter, hot in summer).

• Steel or composite toed boots.
• Safety glasses.
• Gloves (latex, work gloves, etc.).
• Hearing protection.
• Cut‑resistant sleeves.
• Properly fitted clothing.
• Hard hat (in designated areas).
