Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer Job Description

We are seeking a Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer who will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.
Responsibilities- Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide the most efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to varied store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.; physically move products from stock rooms to store floor.
- Previous retail / grocery experience a plus.
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Cameron, MO); secondary locations:
Chillicothe, MO;
St. Joseph, MO. - Schedule availability:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday; start at 7 am.
Hourly compensation rate: $17.50.
