Community & Government Affairs Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

Be Alignment Engine’s local voice: manage relationships with the City of Chillicothe, Ross County, schools, and neighbors of the campus.

• Own day-to-day relationships with local officials and civic organizations
• Coordinate public meetings, tours, and community communications
• Manage local sponsor ships, education partnerships, and workforce outreach
• Track local government matters affecting the campus
• Support permitting and economic-development engagement

• 5+ years in public affairs, government relations, or community engagement
• Excellent public communication skills
• Local/regional ties to south-central Ohio strongly valued
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

$95,000 – $125,000 per year
