Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails in a professional, courteous manner.
- Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and coordinate daily schedules.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or dispatch software (e.g., Service Titan, Housecall Pro).
- Communicate effectively with technicians, office staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with estimates as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on excellent service and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably HVAC, plumbing, or related home service industry).
- Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch or CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to handle high call volume and work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or customer service training a plus.
- Prior experience in the HVAC or plumbing industry is strongly preferred.
