Thermal & Mechanical Engineer; Modules

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

Own thermal and mechanical design of DPU modules, including cold-plate and liquid-cooling integration with the campus infrastructure.

• Design module mechanical and thermal solutions
• Run thermal simulation and bench characterization
• Integrate liquid-cooling interfaces with facility teams
• Own tolerance and fastening standards
• Support manufacturing fixtures

• 4+ years thermal/mechanical design for electronics
• CFD and bench thermal test experience
• Liquid cooling experience valued
• BSME

$115,000 – $145,000 per year
