Primary Job Skill: Engineering

• You will oversee & manage complex survey projects.
• You will prepare legal descriptions & boundary/centerline plats for easements, sale, lease or transfer of land.
• You will act as lead worker over survey field crew(s)
• You will review, sign & certify right-of-way plans, survey plats, & other documents as Professional Land Surveyor.

This position is overtime eligible based onFLSA Standards.

All bargaining unit new hires must serve aone (1) year probationary period.

Position will be filled pursuant to the provision of the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract.

The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. An individual assessment of an applicant's prior criminal convictions will be made before excluding an applicant from consideration.

Licensure:
Current registration as professional surveyor pursuant to section 4733.02 of Ohio Revised Code valid driver's license. &

Experience:

12 mos. exp. as Surveyor 2, 85562 OR 12 mos. exp. in responsible charge of survey projects.
