PRO Heritage is excited to offer a Full‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP‑CCC/CFY) opportunity in Waverly and Chillicothe, OH.   • Compensation: $38–$52/hr (based on years of experience)

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure:
    Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or license‑eligible.
  • Certification:
    Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP).
  • Skills:

    Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities; excellent communication; proficiency with diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, software, and EHR systems; collaborative team member.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations; develop accurate diagnoses.
  • Implement evidence‑based therapies; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans; ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers; participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
