Description:
This position works under clinical supervision.
It requires considerable knowledge of behavioral healthcare programs and techniques.
The individual will be a member of a sex offender team.
Responsibilities include sex offender interventions for a caseload of assigned offenders.
Perform screenings and assessments.
Conduct group and sex offender interventions as prescribed based on individual assessments.
Use evidence-based correctional program intervention strategies within the scope of practice.
Write reports and maintain necessary data documents to satisfy requirements of regulatory agencies.
Enter documentation in the electronic health record for all encounters and contacts.
Complete miscellaneous forms and reports as needed per policy and protocol.
Complete transfer and discharge summaries.
Consult with other staff regarding the sex offender caseload.
Attend meetings related to sex offender program supervision.
Participate in in-service training and workshops for professional development.
Candidates must comply with security protocols and regulations.
Food and drinks must be in clear containers.
