Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.
The role. Build the campus workforce — recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations for a fast-growing site, with a strong local-hiring mandate.
What you'll do- Own full-cycle recruiting across all campus roles
- Build local pipelines with schools, trades, and veteran programs
- Run onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Stand up the apprenticeship program with the Training Coordinator
- Advise site leaders on employee relations
- 5+ years HR generalist/recruiting experience, industrial or technical hiring preferred
- Experience with high-volume, multi-shift hiring
- Knowledge of Ohio employment practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year
