Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes.
The role.Run payroll and HR operations for a multi-shift industrial workforce: timekeeping, benefits administration, and records.
What you’ll do:- Process payroll and shift-differential timekeeping
- Administer benefits enrollment and changes
- Maintain HRIS records and compliance files
- Support leave administration
- Answer employee pay and benefits questions
- 3+ years payroll/HR operations experience
- Multi-shift or industrial timekeeping experience valued
- HRIS fluency and discretion
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
Pay range:$60,000 – $80,000 per year
