E&I Technician; Electrical & Instrumentation

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. E&I work as mill hands know it: instruments, transmitters, control loops, VFDs, and low/medium-voltage electrical across plant systems.

What you'll do:

• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control loops
• Troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and plant electrical
• Support controls and BMS teams on sensor networks
• Maintain loop sheets and calibration records
• Support commissioning of new plant systems

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years E&I experience in an industrial plant
• Instrument calibration and loop troubleshooting depth
• Comfort with electrical schematics and P&IDs
• ISA CCST or equivalent valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range: $78,000 – $100,000 per year
