LPN​/RN

Overview

We currently have 1 full-time night shift LPN/RN position open on our Chillicothe, Ohio campus.

Hours will be from 8pm-8am, with rotating weekends

$3/hour shift differential during the hours of 8pm-midnight

$6/hour shift differential during the hours of midnight-8am

• Coordinate health and medical services provided to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Follow and apply pertinent policies and procedures; oversee the administration of medications and medical treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate with team members, physicians, and others as needed; ensure proper documentation of medications and treatments administered.
• Assist in direct training, follow-up, and coaching of team members; keep the Program Department informed at all times.
• Assist the Program Director/Administrator in maintaining consistency in the provision of supports and services and in communicating with all team members.

• Minimum Requirements:
  
  High School Diploma/GED
• Current LPN or RN License
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal liability insurance
• Good driving record
