Experienced OR Nurse Manager needed for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Chillicothe, Ohio. • Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,970-$2,290
• Start Date: 9/8/2026
• Schedule: Days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Operating Room / Surgical Services Leadership
• EMR: Epic
• Holiday Requirement: No holiday coverage required

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 3 years of operating room nursing experience required
• Minimum 3 years of manager or healthcare leadership experience required
• Strong perioperative nursing and surgical services leadership background
• Excellent communication, team-building, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and clinical excellence

• Oversee daily operations of the operating room and surgical services department
• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff across multiple surgical specialties
• Manage staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination within the OR
• Promote quality outcomes, patient safety, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Support services across Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence
