In this role, you will be essential in delivering outstanding client experiences by assisting our lead agents throughout the home showing process. • Schedule and conduct home showings for buyers
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and team members
• Ensure properties are presentable and secure before and after showings
• Gather and report feedback to lead agents
• Maintain an organized schedule and provide timely updates
• Assist with occasional open houses and team events

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one at your own expense)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and CRM tools
