The Tomlinson Group is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and client-focused Agent to join our energetic real estate team. In this role, you’ll support our lead agents by delivering exceptional service during property showings, helping clients feel confident and informed throughout their buying or selling journey. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, love interacting with people, and are eager to grow their career in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.

This is a commission-based role, and a valid real estate license is required to start.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• Real estate license
