The Lion's Den Adult Superstores, an established, expanding adult novelty and media retail company, has a Retail Store Assistant Manager career opportunity available at our Chillicothe, OH location.

Hourly position responsible for assisting the store manager in administering and managing day‑to‑day operations pertaining to staffing, customer relations, inventory, and overall security of the business assets. Requires a 40+ hour work week, covering days, nights, and weekends, mostly opposite shifts from the store manager to ensure adequate management coverage.

The Retail Store Assistant Manager actively works alongside the Retail Store Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service while driving sales.

• Base pay: $12.20 per hour
• Commission: $5.00‑$7.00 per hour depending on sales
