TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio for training with top brokers. After completing training and building a book of business, TQL will pay for your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive paid training and mentorship will teach you about sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

Position is located in Cincinnati - Paid relocation provided.

What you'll do:

• Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker
• Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business
• Close new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues for timely pickup and delivery
• Communicate proactively and honestly internally and externally
