Summary The Tomlinson Group is looking for a motivated, personable Buyer's Agent to join our high-energy real estate team. In this role, you’ll support our lead agents by providing outstanding client service during property showings, helping clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Please note:

This is a commission-based role, and a valid real estate license is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Take part in team events and activities as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track activities

Qualifications

• Team player

• Industry experience preferred
