Security Officer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and Neural Sync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

Protect the campus: staff access points, conduct patrols, and monitor systems at a high-security industrial site.

• Staff entry control points and process visitors/vendors
• Conduct interior and perimeter patrols
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems
• Write clear incident and activity reports
• Support emergency response procedures

• 1+ years security, military, or public-safety experience preferred
• Professional presence and strong reliability
• Clean background check
• High school diploma or GED

Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

$42,000 – $54,000 per year
