Pay range: $65,000 – $120,000 per year (based on skills and experience).

As a Plumbing Service Consultant, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, and guide customers in confident buying decisions.

• Follow our service system and educate customers on products and services.
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements.
• Deliver quality workmanship, possessing the necessary tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Know company mission, policies, and guarantees.
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions.

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job.
• Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair.
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software.
• Individual contributor who enjoys working as a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven plumbing experience with the desire to improve each day.
• Offers contingent upon passing a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.

• Large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
• Ability to speak and hear English for communication.
• Ability to use arms and hands for controlling tools and equipment.
• Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding (using appropriate fall protection).
• Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.
