Road Mechanic

• Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
• Work with an incredible team of people in a safety‑focused environment
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime. The fleet includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3‑5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC, Oil & Gas) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations)
• May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems troubleshooting fundamentals
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
• Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as required

Base Pay Range: $22.40 – 30.80 hourly. Starting rate varies based on position, location, education, training, and experience. Please visit  for more information on benefits and to join our Talent Network.
