• Assist in the installation and repair of various roofing materials including TPO, EPDM, and PVC membranes.
• Operate power tools and outdoor equipment to prepare surfaces and install flashing around curbs and pipes.
• Support the team in performing detailed inspections to identify and resolve leaks effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with crew members to execute reroofing projects efficiently and to specification.
• Utilize manual and power tools to assist in sheet metal fabrication and installation tasks.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using various hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn commercial roofing techniques and safety protocols.

• Previous experience in construction, carpentry, masonry, or related trade fields.
• Prior certification or experience operating forklifts or aerial lifts.
• Current OSHA 10-Hour safety certification.
• Background in plumbing, concrete, or asphalt work.
