• Welcome clients and manage reception operations
• Register patients and coordinate appointments
• Organize and maintain client files effectively

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 and Medical Office Assistant diploma
• One year of relevant office/career experience
• 40 wpm typing proficiency
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Familiarity with general office practices
