The Drive Ahead
Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in line with OEM standardsSupport multi-point inspections and help identify recommended servicesDisassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with technician oversightKeep repair bays organized and tools in top shapeWork alongside Red Seal Technicians to build skills and increase your scope of workPerformance Essentials
Registered Apprentice Automotive Technician or intent to enrollStrong attention to detail and a commitment to learning OEM processesCollaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to ask questionsBasic familiarity with tools, mechanical systems, or repair processesValid driver’s license with a clear abstractFull-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)Bannister Accessories
