99ll Do:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with professionalism and care
Write accurate ICBC estimate and communicate clearly with technicians
Keep customers updated on their vehicle
99s status throughout the repair processBuild trust and long-term relationships through honesty and excellent service
What We99re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive / RV customer service or ICBC collision repair front end experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
Mitchell estimating program experience
I - car certification if possible
