Role Description

The role of the Kindergarten Support Worker is to intentionally support students as they transition into Kindergarten. The Kindergarten Support Worker assists the kindergarten teacher with instructional activities and assists students by reinforcing material already presented through special efforts and repetitions.

Requirements
  • a committed Christian
  • ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient at all times.
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • preference for candidates with experience in a child care setting
